I wish Frieren come out in 2010s. It would have saved me and my life.
2 Cour + Straight Hype!!!
Thanks Frieren for saving anime in 2023.
gave it a 10/10 and i am happy its number 1
Frieren is peaceful, sweet, sad, thoughtful, exciting, deep, and just… beautiful.
It deserves all the praise and needs to be shared. Truly renewed my love for anime.
Frieren deserve the number 1 spot, it’s set the new current standard for anime and it’s for the best interest of the industry to have it stay as high as possible
Frieren reminded me of why I started watching anime. Not even my favourite seasonal shows of the past few years have made me feel such innocent excitement and happiness whenever a new episode would release.
Most anime positions it’s characters purpose to defeat the demon lord where as Frieren starts at the end of most anime.
I don’t think people asked you to watch this show because people thought you needed it. They asked you to watch this show because it’s had an impact on every single person who has watched it. Just having conversations with people for a weekend that you haven’t seen in three years, to calling up family members … we’re on a journey that’s what life is and it’s never too late.

episode 22 will be the final outsourced episode to Yumeta Company. It’s because they can’t do it within the deadline without help. Maybe if they work 24/7 without stopping it might work but then you’d be killing the animators then.
Yumeta company was given the less important episodes (13,18,22), so the inhouse team can work on the important eps. btw Enishiya also did ep14 of Frieren
