I have been installing CCTV systems since 2005 and I have NEVER EVER heard of a system that has a consistent missing minute for ANY reason. It is COMPLETE BS! I’d like to know what system and software they’re using. I can almost guarantee it’s something I’m incredibly familiar with. This is NOT how recording systems work. AT ALL!!!!
Never in my 6yrs did i hear of an inmate being allowed to make a call that WASN’T recorded. That is the craziest thing to me.
